Career Development Activities
In order to attract and retain superb faculty, the College of Medicine must be responsive to individual faculty member’s needs and aspirations. Thus, we are committed to providing the resources and tools that will allow faculty to achieve their goals in academic medicine.
The following programs have been designed to foster continuing career development. Many of them have been initiated in response to discussions and interviews with faculty about their needs and goals. As department heads support these workshops enthusiastically, release time to attend can be arranged in most cases.
Ultimately, the success of our faculty is one measure of the success of the entire College of Medicine!
